📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level, building relationships
• Own the strategic narrative for your account, translating a multi-year transformation into a story
• Represent Karat with the rigor and polish clients expect from a leading consulting or technology
• Define the engagement strategy and roadmap, then own execution end-to-end, from statement of work
• Catch account risk early and give the Client Partner and Karat executives consistent, honest
• Own relationship mapping across your account(s), partnering with the Solutions Engineer and Project

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting role, including
• A track record owning complex, high-stakes client relationships with Fortune 500 or comparable
• Experience leading cross-functional pods through influence rather than formal authority.
• Comfort operating with executive stakeholders; you hold your own and earn trust with a client's VP
• Strong commercial instincts; you spot and shape expansion opportunities in partnership with a
• Structured problem-solving under ambiguity; you build the plan rather than wait for one.
