• Analyze performance metrics with Content and Data teams

• Collaborate with GTM and engineering to align solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic technical account management or deployment/solutions engineering
• Experience with SaaS and technical/financial services consulting
• Proven onboarding success and ability to guide complex implementations
• Direct engagement with C-Suite executives in client-facing roles
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Client-facing experience with technical customers required
