• Work at the intersection of Product Design and Frontend Engineering, turning design intent into
• Move fluidly between Figma and code, resolve gaps in specifications, make thoughtful technical and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record building substantial production UI and bridging design and frontend engineering
• Ability to translate design intent into polished production experiences with a high bar for layout
• Write clear, maintainable frontend code and reason well about state, component architecture
• Strong design judgment and ability to make good decisions when specifications are incomplete or
• Think in systems, knowing when to reuse, extend, or create patterns and abstractions without
• Make sound trade-offs between customer value, design quality, technical feasibility, scope, and
