Senior Design Manager

📋 Description

• Project Leadership: Oversee select projects through all phases of design, including Test Fit, SD
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, and Construction on programming
• FF&E Oversight: Specify furniture, accessories, artwork, and greenery.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with Construction, Procurement, Real Estate
• Process Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance design workflows and
• Design Innovation: Identify design ideas, trends, and new product specifications to evolve design

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 10 years leading design, working with end users.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Expertise: Proven track record in workplace design; experience with hospitality, mixed use, or
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam; strong grasp of building codes, MEP
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate design ideas.
• Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
