📋 Description

• Serve as the operational connective tissue driving AI adoption, evaluation, and workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Design Operations, Creative Operations, or Program Management within
• Strong hands-on experience using AI design tools, generative AI capabilities, LLMs, MCPs, custom
• Proven track record of rolling out complex operational initiatives, design systems, or
• Clear understanding of how UX Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, and Design Systems
• A proactive, self-directed problem solver who thrives on organizing ambiguity, creating scalable
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating complex technical
