🎯 Requirements

• Built or owned a production design system in React with tokens.
• Fluent in Figma as a systems tool; sync design with code.
• Strong TS + React; defend a clear component API.
• Genuine product design sense; fix UX beyond specs.
• Experience in a monorepo; improved tooling and CI.
• Shipped features that sped up engineers; focus on DX.
