Senior Design Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain production-ready UI components reflecting design intent
• Use AI tools to accelerate implementation and iteration of components
• Validate AI-generated outputs for quality, accessibility, and consistency
• Shape the design system to be machine-readable and AI-friendly
• Collaborate with design to ensure outputs are scalable and implementable
• Define AI-driven design-to-code workflows and component metadata

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in front-end engineering, design engineering, or design systems
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
• Experience building UI components in React or Vue
• Strong design sense with visual and interaction detail
• Experience with design tools like Figma and design tokens
• Interest in AI-assisted design and development workflows
