Senior Designer, Motion

📋 Description

• Concept and develop motion design language and visual approach cohesive to brand ethos
• Contribute to and help evolve motion systems and templates across marketing and product
• Explore AI tools to scale consistent, high-quality motion execution
• Generate multiple strong creative directions from a brief and make case for strongest one
• Apply strong brand judgment across touchpoints, flagging inconsistencies and helping partners
• Manage own projects end-to-end, anticipating production needs and prioritizing based on business

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience as Motion Designer with portfolio showing independent execution across
• Strong proficiency with After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Rive not required but excited to learn
• Working knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Spline is a plus
• Experience with UI/UX motion is a plus
• Strong brand judgment, comfortable making creative calls independently
