Senior Developer - Developer Acceleration

📋 Description

• Build tools and shared infrastructure that make developers faster, including agentic context
• Develop with a platform mindset, knowing when to build durable systems versus quick one-offs.
• Embed with product teams to diagnose development friction (CI noise, oversized PRs, review latency
• Drive agent-authored code from novelty to normal, growing the share of PRs agents open, land, and
• Communicate early and often in team channels to maintain alignment in a distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience designing systems other developers depend on, with judgment on tooling.
• Daily experience with agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) across the SDLC
• Track record of building production-grade systems from the ground up, working across large
• Curiosity about developer experience and productivity, with skills in documentation, teaching, and
• Experience with evals, prompt/context engineering, or autonomous agent guardrails (plus), and
• Comfort with TypeScript; Ruby on Rails is helpful but not required.
