Senior Developer Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure to improve build times
• Build and maintain the developer portal (Backstage) and templates
• Create golden path templates for Go, Rails, and Vue.js services
• Build internal developer tooling to accelerate workflows
• Configure AI-assisted coding tools with guardrails
• Document platform capabilities to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years building developer tooling, CI/CD, or infra automation
• Hands-on with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Experience with developer portals or internal platform tooling (Backstage preferred)
• Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration experience
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages; polyglot mindset
