• Hands-on administration of developer tooling at organizational scale. A systems administrator
• Configuration as code rather than clicking through settings. Terraform, the GitHub API, and enough
• A security-first instinct. Least privilege by default, sound secret management, and a track record
• The autonomy and consultative skill this level asks for. You'll be the first person on a team that
