Senior Digital Designer

📋 Description

• Develop strong digital concepts grounded in brand, UX, and UI.
• Turn brand strategy into a distinctive digital experience across DTC, email, and other touchpoints.
• Define and evolve the visual design language and creative direction for the Digital ecosystem.
• Spend most of your time designing from concepts to polished UI and final handoff.
• Craft brand-led experiences where UI, motion, and content work together with accessibility and UX
• Design with conversion and customer journey in mind, balancing brand with performance and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital/product design (agency, in-house, or ecommerce).
• Portfolio showing end-to-end digital work (concept, UX, UI, visual design, prototyping).
• Strong typography, layout, UI, and visual storytelling; motion/brand experience a plus.
• Ability to tie design decisions to business goals and customer needs.
• Experience building and evolving design systems, modular UI, component libraries, and style guides.
• Proficient in Figma with prototyping and interactive workflows; comfortable in collaborative design
