📋 Description

• Develop strong digital concepts grounded in brand, UX, and UI—and make the case for them clearly
• Turn Harry's brand strategy, identity, and visual systems into a distinctive Digital experience
• Define and evolve the visual design language, storytelling principles, and creative direction that
• Spend most of your time designing—from early concepts and prototypes through polished UI, email
• Craft brand-led experiences where UI, motion, and content work together, with accessibility and UX
• Design with conversion, merchandising, and the customer journey front of mind, balancing brand

🎯 Requirements

• You bring 5+ years in digital design, product design, or a related field—agency, in-house brand, or
• Your portfolio shows end-to-end digital work (concept, UX, UI, visual design, interaction
• You're sharp on typography, layout, UI design, interaction design, and visual storytelling. Motion
• You tie design decisions back to business goals and customer needs, and you can defend them to
• You know how to build and evolve design systems, modular UI, component libraries, and style guides.
• You're highly proficient in Figma—including prototyping and interactive workflows—and comfortable
