6+ years in digital learning design or instructional design; leadership
Design, develop and QA digital learning incl. eLearning, SCORM/xAPI, video
Experience partnering with senior leaders on enterprise digital learning
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field
Certifications in digital learning or PM (ATD, CIPD, PMP)
Proficiency with Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Vyond; LMS/xAPI/SCORM; analytics
