Senior Digital Learning Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and QA digital learning solutions (eLearning, SCORM, video-based).
• Lead end-to-end eLearning design from analysis to publishing.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic digital learning initiatives.
• Ensure accessibility and learner-centered approaches across materials.
• Define and evolve design standards, templates and reusable assets.
• Apply generative AI to enhance learning design and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital learning design or instructional design, including leadership.
• Experience designing, developing and QA of digital learning (eLearning, SCORM, assessments, video).
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing enterprise-scale digital learning initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent.
• Certifications in digital learning or project management (ATD, CIPD, PMP).
• A digital portfolio of SCORM files showcasing hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools is required.
