Senior Director, AMER Field Marketing

📋 Description

• Own the AMER Field Marketing strategy and execution, including North America, LATAM, and Public
• Lead and develop a team of AMER Field Marketers focusing on field strategy & tactics across
• Build out a field center of excellence to enable Chainguard's business to scale across the region.
• Partner with the sales team on strategy, targeting, and an account approach for field initiatives
• Lead the strategy for executing data-driven integrated field programs in partnership with other
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of field marketing experience in B2B, cybersecurity a plus
• 5+ years of experience in managing a large team of field marketing professionals, including
• Experience with LATAM and/or Public Sector field marketing motions is a strong plus.
• Track record of building and driving successful marketing strategies, plans, and results while
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Splash
• Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a strong
