🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant industry or functional experience.
• Direct experience working in U.S. revenue cycle management within a healthcare organization
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management concepts and practices outside the U.S. is a plus.
• Strong understanding of how emerging technologies, including automation and AI/machine learning
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior-level decision-makers on revenue cycle management
