📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end acquisition of new clients across biotech and pharmaceutical organizations
• Develop and execute strategic market penetration plans focused on Medical Affairs, Medical
• Build, influence, and maintain senior-level relationships with Medical Affairs leaders, HCP
• Lead RFI and RFP responses, coordinating internal expertise to develop tailored capabilities
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, using
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in life sciences business development, Medical Affairs, client
• Proven success in outbound sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, including a strong
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Medical Affairs, Medical Information, MSL services, and HCP
• Excellent networking, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities, with the
• Comfortable using modern sales and CRM technologies, including platforms such as Salesforce
