Senior Director, Business Integrity Lead

📋 Description

• Build and lead the Business Integrity function from the ground up.
• Own strategy, operations, and enforcement for platform integrity.
• Drive proactive detection, prevention, and enforcement of policies.
• Establish tooling and detection strategy; define the operating model.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, GTM, and Finance.
• Lead a global team and scale the function across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Compliance Ops, or equivalent.
• Proven track record scaling trust & safety or fraud prevention ops, hiring and retaining teams.
• Deep understanding of bad actor tactics and abuse patterns.
• Experience designing policies, proactive detection systems, workflows, and enforcement at scale.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (DSA, OFAC, FTC) and compliance-by-design frameworks.
• Product or technical background; ability to translate business problems into tooling and work with engineering.
