Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for multiple domestic entities and
Review and approve consolidation journal entries, intercompany eliminations, and ownership
Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements and supporting disclosures.
Coordinate reporting calendars and close requirements across all legal entities.
Maintain and enhance consolidation processes, controls, and reporting structures.
Review complex account reconciliations and balance sheet analyses related to consolidated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
CPA certification strongly preferred.
10+ years of dynamic accounting experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
Strong background in financial consolidations and external audit management.
Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
