Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, aligning top-down financial
• Own and continuously improve the corporate financial model, including revenue, gross margin
• Establish a disciplined rolling forecast and business review cadence, providing leadership with
• Develop executive, Board, investor, and lender reporting packages that clearly communicate
• Define, standardize, and govern key financial and operating metrics, ensuring consistent KPI
• Partner with leaders across GTM, Product, Engineering, G&A, and People to support resource

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in an executive leadership role
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into financial plans, drive forecasting rigor, and
• Demonstrated track record of building and improving corporate planning processes, financial models
• Deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including
• Ability to gather, manipulate, and manage large datasets from multiple sources, understand complex
• Direct people-management experience, with a track record of hiring and developing a strong finance
