📋 Description

• Shape Oscar's corporate strategy with the executive team
• Lead strategic projects using research; develop exec scenarios
• Build robust business cases with modeling and risk tradeoffs
• Define KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' success
• Lead corporate strategy for shared services
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders across the org
• Apply healthcare insights to guide decisions
• Communicate strategy to the org and enable change
• Build an intelligence base: financials and competitive data
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience
• 12+ years experience, with 10+ in healthcare consulting or healthcare strategy
• 7+ years collaborating and influencing at the executive level
• 5+ years defining and deploying company-wide strategies
