📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud
• Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash from opportunity to revenue
• Define AI strategy on the Salesforce platform with Agentforce, Einstein, and LLM
• Set architectural standards, governance, security, and DevOps across Salesforce
• Lead and grow a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts
• Partner with executives to translate priorities into roadmaps and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise tech; 5+ years leading Salesforce teams (Director+)
• Scale Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B with CPQ and Billing
• Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformations
• Apply AI on Salesforce (Agentforce, Einstein) to boost productivity
• Build and manage teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; broad tech fluency
