📋 Description

• Own multi-year Salesforce strategy across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud.
• Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash modernization from opportunity to revenue.
• Define AI strategy on Salesforce, including Agentforce and Einstein.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and DevOps across Salesforce.
• Build and grow a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts.
• Partner with exec stakeholders to translate priorities into a roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise tech with 5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at director level.
• Experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B with CPQ & Billing.
• End-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation experience.
• AI on Salesforce (Agentforce, Einstein, or similar) for productivity gains.
• Experience building and managing teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts.
• Deep Salesforce architecture fluency with API/integration and security at scale.
