Senior Director, Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Own the multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap across Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Lead the Quote-to-Cash transformation from opportunity to revenue
• Define AI strategy on Salesforce with Agentforce, Einstein, and LLM workflows
• Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and DevOps maturity
• Build and mentor a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts
• Partner with GTM, Finance, and Operations to translate priorities into roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise tech, with 5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at director level+
• Experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B with CPQ and Billing
• Track record delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformations
• Experience applying AI on Salesforce — Agentforce, Einstein, or similar
• Proven ability to build and manage teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts
• Broad fluency beyond Salesforce across integration, data platforms, identity, and adjacent SaaS
