• Own multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Quote-to-Cash transformation from opportunity to revenue.
• Define AI strategy on Salesforce to boost productivity.
• Build and lead architects, developers, admins, and analysts.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Ops.
• Manage platform budget, vendor relations, and license strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise tech; 5+ years leading Salesforce teams.
• Experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B with CPQ/Billing.
• Proven Quote-to-Cash transformations end to end.
• AI on Salesforce: Agentforce, Einstein, or LLM-powered.
• Experience building teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts.
• Deep Salesforce architecture fluency; cross-system integration.
