Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture & Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Transformation Architecture Office, including Technical Architects
• Establish the vision, strategy, structure, and operating model for the architecture organization.
• Build architecture career paths, succession planning, technical development programs, and mentoring
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous
• Partner with senior leadership to align architecture priorities with business objectives and
• Establish architecture standards, methodologies, governance processes, review boards, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Consulting
• Proven experience leading architecture organizations and multidisciplinary architecture teams.
• Deep technical expertise across public cloud, private cloud, infrastructure modernization
• Experience working directly with Product Development, Platform Engineering, and Engineering
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
