• Define Lyra’s multi-year enterprise transformation strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives
• Drive forward Lyra’s enterprise transformation roadmap, taking cross-functional projects from
• Establish transformation KPIs (e.g., productivity lift, cost-to-serve reduction, throughput
• Proactively identify key blockers towards success and identify investments required to accelerate
• Lead a cross-functional team of strategic operators to drive forward operational transformation
• Enable a high-performing work culture oriented towards ongoing operational excellence and AI fluency

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 15+ years of overall business experience, including 8+ years leading
• Organizational and Process Redesign: Proven experience identifying key blockers to organizational
• AI & Tech Capabilities: Proven track record deploying enterprise AI solutions, automation
• Financial & Analytical Rigor: Deep expertise in financial modeling, business case development
• Change Management: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex
• Leadership Approach: Strategic executor who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous
