Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy

Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition organization
Build and maintain strong external talent pipelines for enterprise leadership positions
Own the global Talent Acquisition P&L and budget

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience
Experience leading complex global recruiting organizations
Proven ability to influence senior executives
Deep expertise in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting
Successful leadership of large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives

🎁 Benefits

Annual base salary range of $160,000–$190,000 USD
