Senior Director, Escalated Provider Issue Resolution

📋 Description

• Lead multi-disciplinary provider issue resolution org and governance.
• Build scalable operating model for escalated provider issues.
• Oversee resolution of high-impact provider issues across teams.
• Partner with Claims, Network, Utilization, and Analytics to improve handoffs.
• Oversee root-cause remediation with ROI-focused prioritization.
• Establish closed-loop tracking to reduce provider friction.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in healthcare ops, provider/payor ops, or related fields.
• 7+ years senior leadership, including managers or multi-team bodies.
• Experience leading complex issue resolution, escalation, or service design.
• Strong understanding of payer ops: claims, network, reimbursement.
• Proven ability to build operating models, governance, metrics.
• Experience leading change management for new operating models.
