Senior Director, Finance Business Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives in key areas driven by finance including
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders from Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, Legal, etc. and
• Understand the current state of our tech stack and partner with IT to implement best in class
• Work with the Leadership team to design and implement an AI-enabled transformation strategy that
• Develop a metric based strategy to track progress of transformation initiatives and process
• Work with internal audit to implement and modernize controls during automation and/or process

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience supporting Finance Process and Systems Transformation
• Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Source to
• Proficiency in enterprise and finance systems and tools such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, Coupa
• Proven program management expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and
