Senior Director, Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and scale Financial Operations across S2P, payroll, equity, and commissions.
• Drive sourcing, vendor mgmt, and procurement governance.
• Oversee global payroll across jurisdictions with HR, Treasury, and Accounting.
• Own equity plan administration and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee sales incentive design, calculation, and admin with Sales Ops.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and SEC disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in financial operations with S2P and/or Compensation Ops.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across operations.
• SOX-compliant public company experience; liaison to auditors.
• Experience owning enterprise S2P or Comp systems (Coupa, SAP, Workday, ADP, Xactly).
• Track record of large-scale process transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI and automation in financial ops (anomaly detection, commission validation, etc.).
