Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations and Analytics

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall commercial operations strategy, implementation roadmap, and
• Build and oversee the commercial data ecosystem, including data acquisition, integration, storage
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks that support launch
• Implement and manage CRM platforms, including system configuration, data standards, customer
• Lead field force sizing, territory design and alignment, roster management, quota setting, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline. An advanced degree in analytics, data science
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, analytics
• Demonstrated experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology product launches, preferably in
• Deep knowledge of commercial analytics, forecasting, performance measurement, data integration
• Hands-on experience acquiring, integrating, and managing commercial data ecosystems, including
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources, including specialty pharmacy, distributor, patient
