Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering

📋 Description

• Develops, implements and enforces employment policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines to align
• Develops and implements human resources strategies and programs that promote an employee-oriented
• Provides guidance and expertise in the areas of employee relations and retention, AA/EEO
• Partner with VP, HR Business Partnering and Projects on M&A projects.
• Directs Human Resources Business Partners for assigned lines of business. Plans, monitors, and
• Guides management and employee actions, provides human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related
• 15+ years of leadership human resources experience in a role of Director as an HR Business Partner
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience providing consultation to diverse workforce across multiple disciplines and time zones
• Experience managing Human Resources function in the unionized organization strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration in combination with experience
