Senior Director, IT Systems

📋 Description

• Own IT strategy and AI roadmap; ensure reliability, security, AI readiness across global workforce.
• Lead and develop IT teams across Infrastructure, Applications, and IT Support.
• Partner with AI Committee to define internal AI strategy and adoption.
• Develop AI roadmaps identifying workflows to improve efficiency, velocity, and output.
• Set strategic direction for IAM (Okta), Endpoint (WorkspaceOne), and cloud (AWS, GCP) for AI at scale.
• Establish KPIs across IT and drive continuous improvement in uptime, ticket resolution, and employee satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT leadership; 5+ years in senior SaaS/tech roles.
• Fluent in AI tools; actively experimenting; translate learnings into buy vs build decisions.
• Led multi-functional IT org across Infrastructure, Integration/Automation, and Support.
• Experience presenting multi-year IT strategies and AI roadmaps to C-suite/Board.
• Deep expertise across Okta, AWS, GCP, Azure, Atlassian, Google Workspace; Ansible, Terraform.
• Governance, risk, and compliance experience (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
