• Lead and deliver market access consulting engagements focused on solutions across the access
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across consulting projects, ensuring high-quality
• Drive revenue and sales objectives through direct client engagement, business development, project
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding evolving business challenges
• Develop new business opportunities through relationship building, industry knowledge, strategic
• Serve as a senior leader within the consulting organization, helping shape business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of consulting or related experience, with significant expertise in market access
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end drug development and commercialization lifecycle and the factors
• Demonstrated expertise across market access, distribution, reimbursement, contracting, specialty
• Proven track record of revenue generation, business development, client growth, and establishing
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred; a master’s or
• Strong strategic consulting capabilities, with the ability to understand complex client challenges

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $175,000–$265,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors such as
