📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the U.S. commercial and marketing strategy for pegtibatinase
• Develop differentiated product positioning, customer and patient segmentation, messaging, market
• Lead and develop the U.S. marketing organization, establishing clear priorities, fostering high
• Own the integrated U.S. commercial launch plan and coordinate launch readiness across Patient
• Chair the commercial launch team, establishing milestones, decision points, dependencies
• Partner with Patient Access and Sales leaders to align market access, patient support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive commercial experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Significant U.S. marketing and product strategy experience within specialty pharmaceuticals or rare
• Demonstrated experience preparing for and successfully launching pharmaceutical products in the U.S.
• Proven experience leading marketing organizations and cross-functional launch teams in matrixed
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, including Marketing, Market Access
