Senior Director Molecular Sciences

📋 Description

• Lead the molecular services team; define Berlin site's scientific vision.
• Develop and implement the translational research science plan.
• Design, develop and validate molecular assays (NGS, qPCR).
• Manage and mentor team to deliver high-quality data.
• Lead DNA methylation and epigenetic analyses; ensure QA/QC.
• Collaborate with global biopharma clients to translate science into services.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Genomics/Genetics or related field.
• 18+ years molecular biology lab experience.
• 10+ years leadership experience.
• ISO 15189 laboratory experience.
• Expert in NGS, qPCR, nucleic acid extraction/quantification.
• Supervisory experience; fluent in English and German.
