📋 Description

• Develop and lead enterprise network strategies across existing and emerging markets, supporting
• Assess and monitor network adequacy to ensure participants have timely access to high-quality
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive market conditions that may impact
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network strategy and contracting professionals
• Foster strong collaboration across departments including Finance, Analytics, Operations, clinical
• Lead outreach and complex negotiations with hospitals, health systems, large physician groups, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in provider network strategy and managed care contracting
• Must have experience leading negotiations with hospitals, health systems, and large provider
• Knowledge of network adequacy standards, provider operations, reimbursement methodologies, and
• Must have demonstrated success building provider networks across multiple markets or regions, with
• Must have experience within Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, PACE, or value-based care environments
