Senior Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on business strategy, pricing, growth
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Content teams to establish budgets, monitor
• Lead annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial modeling.
• Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and board reporting, including the preparation
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including reporting on key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR
• Develop monthly management reports, conduct variance analysis, and explain key financial

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including at least 5 years managing
• At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role within a venture-backed
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and key performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles for subscription-based
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and act as a trusted financial partner to
