📋 Description

• Create and champion a multi-year strategy and technical roadmap that aligns with overall business
• Drive the AI strategy across the People Team, leading an existing cross-team People AI project squad
• Navigate governance and Executive stakeholder management, enabling teams to focus on execution
• Act as a thought leader, bringing best industry practices to drive automation, continuous process
• Lead activity to mature people analytics capabilities, ensuring high-quality insights and
• Collaborate with team leads to manage strategic relationships and optimise commercial budgets with

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and leading People Operations and Technology strategies at scale
• Knowledge of People infrastructure including payroll cycles, global mobility frameworks, and
• Collaborative, consultative leader and expert stakeholder manager, comfortable partnering with VP
• Deep understanding of GDPR, data privacy laws, localised payroll regulations, and international
• Inspiring, passionate people leader who loves enabling and supporting technical experts and SMEs
• Desirable (not mandatory): experience with Hibob, Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, Peakon
