Senior Director, Paid Social

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 2-5 Director and Associate Director-level leaders, with accountability
• Provide executive oversight across key client accounts, guiding business strategy, client
• Champion full-funnel measurement modernization, including incrementality testing, media mix
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows, automation, and scalable tools that improve campaign
• Conduct performance reviews, regular leadership check-ins, and individualized development planning
• Maintain the ability to coach senior account teams and leaders on paid social fundamentals

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of paid media advertising experience, including media planning and buying within paid
• 3-4+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated track record of mentoring
• Strong leadership presence, positive mindset, strategic judgment, and ability to motivate and
• Experience spanning both performance marketing and brand marketing or planning, with strong
• Demonstrated experience contributing to new business pitches, strategic audits, account growth
