📋 Description

• Provides strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups, along with
• Manage a team of People Business Partners to provide effective and timely People support and
• Leads organization design activities and talent management strategies to implement new structures
• Leverages complex data and people analytics to provide critical insights into business and talent

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience working in Senior Business Partner role with at least 10 years in a
• Experience working in a global matrix led organization
• Human Resource related certifications expected (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI)
• Knowledge and experience using Workday HRIS preferred
• High business judgement and understands business strategy, customer needs, and marketplace
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, to
