📋 Description

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for People Operations, payroll, well-being and facilities
• Lead and develop the People Operations, payroll and facilities teams and well-being expert
• Strengthen people operations across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, payroll, tax, audit and people-related ESG
• Oversee employee relations, well-being and absence management, providing senior direction on

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in an international, fast-growing organisation, with deep
• Experience leading multi-country People Operations at scale, including payroll, benefits
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices in the Netherlands and other
• Experience with reward and benefits programmes inside and outside the Netherlands, including role
• Use data, automation and emerging technologies, including AI, to challenge existing processes
• Translate strategy into practical execution while managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced
