Senior Director, Product Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Product Compliance function across Flex’s lending and payments products.
• Embed compliance in the product lifecycle from concept to launch and governance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to enable compliant innovation.
• Modernize the compliance operating model with AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Deploy AI-assisted reviews and agent-based workflows across marketing, monitoring, and risk.
• Establish scalable compliance frameworks with risk-tiered reviews and standards libraries.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in compliance advisory or regulatory risk in fintech/payments.
• Proven leadership of product compliance or regulatory advisory teams in fast-moving tech.
• Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations across lending, payments, fintech.
• Ability to partner with product and engineering during development.
• Experience building or scaling tech-enabled compliance programs.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled compliance tooling or automation.
