Senior Director, Product Management – Unified Communications

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of the Unified Communications product roadmap, translating agreed
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Directors and Senior Product Managers, setting
• Partner with the Head of Strategy to define and maintain the complete multi-year roadmap, combining
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to convert roadmap
• Establish portfolio governance and decision-making mechanisms that keep teams focused, surface
• Own product execution KPIs and business outcomes, including delivery predictability, adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated success delivering and scaling UCaaS, CCaaS or cloud communications products in a B2B
• Deep domain expertise in unified communications, including voice/telephony, video, messaging
• Proven ability to translate portfolio strategy into an executable roadmap, operating plan and
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive decisions
• Experience leading execution in a global, cross-functional environment with distributed engineering
