Senior Director, PX Business Partner

📋 Description

• Lead the regional People Experience strategy for Spain and Portugal, aligning people initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, career mobility, leadership
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, strengthen the employee value proposition
• Lead regional compensation processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking, internal equity, and
• Manage employee relations and labor matters, including Spanish employment law, collective

🎯 Requirements

• More than 12 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including senior-level People
• Demonstrated success advising executive leadership teams and translating business priorities into
• Strong business acumen and HR expertise, with interest in music, entertainment, or another creative
• Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and delivering high-quality employee
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and substantial experience managing complex employee relations
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations and navigating cultural and regulatory
