📋 Description

• Lead a global team of 40+ physicians, pharmacists and healthcare professionals accountable for
• Set the strategic direction for signal detection and surveillance, ensuring proactive, scalable and
• Champion forward-thinking methods for analysis of safety data, including exploratory analytics
• Ensure strong understanding of evolving global PV regulations and translate external expectations
• Mentor and develop a diverse, multidisciplinary team
• Partner with others to ensure cross-functional Safety Data Sciences support

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with 15+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety
• At least 8 years of leadership experience managing global teams
• Strong ability to lead diverse teams and influence senior leadership
• Excellent skills in relationship management and communication
• Thorough understanding of global PV regulations, risk management, labelling
• Seasoned leader able to lead across multiple geographical locations
