Senior Director, Salesforce

📋 Description

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Axon's Salesforce platform
• Lead Axon's Quote-to-Cash transformation—modernizing the end-to-end flow from opportunity to quote
• Set the strategy for AI on the Salesforce platform
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, security posture, and DevOps maturity
• Lead and grow a team of managers and individual contributors
• Partner with executive stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, with 5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at the Director
• Demonstrated experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B environments with CPQ and
• Track record of leading Quote-to-Cash transformations end to end
• Experience applying AI on the Salesforce platform—Agentforce, Einstein, or comparable LLM-powered
• Track record of building and managing teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts
• Deep technical fluency in Salesforce architecture
