📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term engineering roadmap for the SSE platform aligned with business
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
• Establish strong architectural governance, engineering best practices, and quality standards.
• Champion secure-by-design principles across application code, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner closely with Product Management to evolve core SSE capabilities including Zero Trust
• Recruit and retain top engineering talent in cloud, distributed systems, and cybersecurity domains.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of SSE/SASE architecture principles and zero-trust frameworks.
• 15+ years in software development and 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS engineering teams.
• Strong track record of delivering complex, cloud-native security or networking products.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architectures, and hyperscale environments
• Experience with identity systems (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML), policy engines, and traffic inspection
